I don’t know what it took to get here.

These are individual experiences. Results vary, and no outcome is guaranteed.
But I know you’re still looking for answers.
A diagnosis can describe what your child is experiencing. It does not always explain why. Our job is to look deeper at the nervous system (and, when appropriate, the factors influencing it) to understand what may be getting in the way of development.
There’s more than one way to start.

Still looking for answers?
Children with autism, developmental delays, attention, learning, sensory and regulation challenges, and adults recovering from complex neurological injuries, chronic pain and movement disorders.

Said plainly.
- We don’t promise: A quick fix. We do promise: Assessment before any plan.
- We don’t promise: That we’re the right fit for every family. We do promise: A straight answer if we’re not the right place.
- We don’t promise: That the diagnosis tells the whole story. We do promise: We’ll keep asking why.
The diagnosis matters. But it isn’t the end of the investigation.
Two people with the same diagnosis can have very different nervous systems, histories and barriers to recovery. That’s why we don’t begin with a protocol. We begin by measuring function, listening to the history and asking what may have been missed.
Assess first. Understand the pattern. Build the plan. Measure the response. Adjust.
A diagnosis can describe the pattern. Our job is to understand the person.
